Building work has commenced on two 5-bedroom townhouses and six 1-bedroom flats which will provide new high quality Supported Independent Living accommodation on the site of the former Horley Library.

The community engagement exercise supported by this website commenced May 2022 and ended in June 2022. All of the feedback received during our consultation was included in a Statement of Community Involvement that was submitted as part of the planning application, which was approved in March 2023.
