The vision for this development, aligned with the Community vision for Surrey in 2030 is to deliver exemplary Supported Independent Living for working age adults with learning disabilities / autism and to create “a place to call home” that meets its residents’ long-term accommodation and support need.
The Architects
Atkins is a world-leading design, engineering and project-management consultancy. A multi-disciplinary team of architects and engineers is working closely with commissioners from Surrey County Council’s Adult Social Care service to carefully and thoughtfully design sustainable homes for our residents with the specific needs of the end users in mind.
